Description: Rural veterans face multiple barriers to accessing care services despite increased availability of resources for chronic pain. While location plays a factor, another roadblock is the lack of coordination of care across multiple health systems. This study will describe a forthcoming multisite pragmatic effectiveness trial that will test a telehealth collaborative care intervention for rural patients with chronic musculoskeletal pain.
