Description: This Focus on Health Equity and Action Cyberseminar session will highlight how the VA Primary Care Equity Dashboard (PCED), by leveraging VA Data and Partnerships can be used to advance equity-guided improvement across VA. The successes of the intervention, Improving Hypertension & Racial Disparities in Primary Care Using Student Volunteers, at VA Palo Alto, which utilized the PCED, will be discussed in detail.
