This article reports on the development of a brief questionnaire to measure persons’ experience of the impact of COVID-19 on their health and well-being. Tracking perceptions of COVID-19 impacts may be particularly important in clinical pain research, since concerns about health and well-being and related stress are known to affect the experience of pain, including pain intensity, functioning, and emotional distress associated with pain.
